Oklahoma's new topic

The state of Oklahoma just decided, and by an appallingly high margin I might add, that a doctor is protected from being sued if he or she chooses not to tell a woman that the baby she is carrying has a birth defect. Under this new law, a doctor may withhold information, mislead or even blatantly lie to a pregnant woman and her partner about the health of their baby if the doctor so much as thinks that fetal test results would cause a woman to consider abortion. But a woman in Oklahoma no longer gets to exhale. Because now, when a doctor says, "Everything looks fine," she has to wonder; does it really? Oklahoma politicians have now said that she can no longer count on the sacred trust that always existed between her and her doctor. A doctor may now lie to her face and, in doing so, deny a woman what is quite possibly the most important piece of information she will ever receive in her life.

should people under 16 have facebook accounts?

this new controversy has been a topic since facebook had become such a widespread website. in a way i agree kids unders 16 should be highly protected when expressing themselves on the internet, i like the fact that people are able to identify new friends through this websites though even kids younger than 18 should provide their passwords to their parents and have permission before hand. Facebook is harmelss when used correcting just like anything on the internet.

YOUTUBE IS ADDICTING

all i do now a days is look of funy youtube videos lol. i have found some great stuff though like these guys called rhett and link, they make road trips and create retarted commercials for local businesses. it may sound stupid but their stuff is really great. another youtube show i found is called equals three, its about this guy who finds videos on youtube and compiles them all together so everyone can see them, he also leaves personal comments.

here's their latest video

MGMT just release a new album, with a brand new song called flahs delirium. Andrew really reminds me of bob dylan in this video. his songs are in a way alike aswell, not traditional at all. here's the video.

Favorite new band

MGMT! i dont know why but ever since i heard their song Electric feel i'v just been amazed by them. they often dont use typical guitar and drums, this band uses any instrument they can grab to make a perfected sound. their videos are colorful and the lyrics are poems not ryhmes. the band consists of mostly two main guys though im sure other musicians play their part aswell. Andrew sings and play guitar (far left) and his best friend (far right) is back up and plays the piano.
